CHRISTMAS DELAYS AND OPENING HOURS
We are now closed for Christmas until the 4th January and so will not be responding to emails or sending out orders until this date.
Nikki Strange is a very small business, with just myself and one studio assistant who's been helping with orders. We're now in a tier 4 lockdown and having a much needed break after a hectic year for all. Once reopen we will do our best to help with any missing or lost orders, refunds or other issues you may have. We hope you get to rest and recharge over the festive period and especially send our love if your plans have come undone, take care of yourself and each other.
There have been severe delays with some orders due to the massive strain on the Royal Mail and the Covid-19 pandemic. Regional depots have been effected in certain areas of the country which could cause delays to your post.
Most of our orders are arriving, just a little bit delayed so I'm hoping your order will be with you any day now and so ask if you can try and be patient, though I do know it's frustrating, particularly if the item is a gift.
Please note the tracking link for your postage is working, it only shows when a delivery attempt has been made and not before.

Nikki Strange ltd is based in North London, UK. To avoid disappointment, please use the below advised dates for your last dates for purchasing items for Christmas. It's best to order as early as possible, particularly during this current climate where the postal service will be busier than ever, not just with Christmas but with issues relating to Covid -19. We're going to do our best to offer fast dispatching times, but there may be delays out of our control; particularly with international orders so don't leave it to the last minute!
