Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs or refund costs for items lost in the mail. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refund process

In the event that you would like a refund, in order to get this processed as quickly as possible, please Clearly label your return with:

  • Contact details
  • Refund/exchange instructions
  • The unused item in it's original packaging

Please obtain a 'Proof of Postage' receipt at your local Post Office before sending for your records.
