Refunds and Exchanges
We aim to ensure that are products leave us in tip top condition and packaged with care. If your item has arrived damaged or faulty please do let us know within 7 working days by emailing us at: email@example.com
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs or refund costs for items lost in the mail. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
In the event that you would like a refund, please send our item with your order number to the return address and please ask for a free of charge 'Proof of Postage' receipt at your local Post Office before sending.
Please return items to the address below with your order number and name. Failure to do so will result in delayed refunds/exchanges so please give as much information as possible to ensure a quick resolution of the issue.
