The studio will be closed for the holidays from the Winter solstice on Saturday 21st December.

The online shop will remain open, with orders being posted out from Friday 3rd January 2025.

Friday 20th December

  • Special delivery (Premium signed for + tracked service)

For any last minute orders please select the 'special delivery' option at the checkout. Orders placed on this date with postage selected as 'standard 24' are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day and will be processed when the studio reopens.

UK Delivery

UK postage is £3.50 for Royal Mail 24 with tracking

Dispatch time is 1-3 working days. Orders shipped with Royal Mail 24 which is a tracked service.

Your tracking reference will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

International Orders

Dispatch time is 1-3 working days.

Your tracking reference will be emailed to you on dispatch.

EU orders

With Brexit's recent changes to trading laws, taxes and duties are now prepaid for EU orders through our Etsy shop. Your order ships with an 'IOSS' number, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

Refund & returns

You’re welcome to return or exchange your item within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange for another product(s).
